Return and Refunds
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Stitch & Luxe, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our flexible return and refund policies.
1. RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate items such as underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
How to Return:
- Email us at Info@stitchandluxe.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for returning the package to our Asia warehouse at their own expense. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will provide further instructions to cover the shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to our Asia warehouse. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@stitchandluxe.com.
3. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Info@stitchandluxe.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
4. SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
5. RETURNING TO OUR ASIA WAREHOUSE
Customers are responsible for sending returns to our Asia warehouse. Please ensure the package is properly packaged and shipped with a reliable carrier, as Stitch & Luxe is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are non-refundable.
