  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Australia: 7-15 business days
  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10-25 business days

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Stitch & Luxe is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if you have any concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us at Info@stitchandluxe.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. ADDRESS CHANGES

10. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays may affect delivery times. Stitch & Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
